Our quality approach connects farm sourcing, partner processing, finished-product inspection and shipment preparation. Agri Delight Quality is responsible for product release against the agreed requirements.
Quality controls
Supplier approval and raw-material checks support the sourcing programme. Production checks and finished-product inspections assess the agreed specification. Lot traceability and temperature monitoring form part of the programme’s quality controls.
Agri Delight’s team collects samples and sends them to external ISO/IEC 17025 laboratories for testing. Relevant results and quality documentation are available through direct discussion.
Certifications
The credentials below apply at different levels of the supply programme. Each belongs to its holder: Agri Delight, the supplying farm or the partner production site.
ISO 9001
Quality management system certification held by Agri Delight.
GLOBALG.A.P.
Certification held by farms supplying the programme.
BRCGS Food Safety
Food safety certification held by partner production facilities.
Halal
Relevant Halal certification associated with the production facility and covered products.
Kosher
Relevant Kosher certification associated with the production facility and covered products.
SMETA / Sedex
Ethical trade audit information associated with partner production sites through the Sedex framework.
Documents for buyers
Depending on the order and agreed requirements, buyers can receive specifications, certificates of analysis, inspection reports, relevant certificates, origin documents and shipment or temperature records. These documents are shared directly and are not published as open downloads.
